"Be aware of what season you are in and give yourself the grace to be there." - Kristen Dalton
I Welcome You To A Season Of Wellness
Are the stressors you encounter each day preventing you from experiencing a satisfying, purpose-driven life?
Has unresolved anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief become an obstacle to your happiness?
Do you want to restore emotional connection with your partner?
We all go through seasons in our life that, like the weather, bring change along with them. Some seasons are easier to inhabit than others, but throughout them all, we take comfort in the fact that our life journey will teach us lessons that will make us stronger, wiser, and more resilient.
Whatever season of life you find yourself in, therapy can help you navigate the challenges as well as clearly define what makes you happiest. Utilizing an eclectic blend of approaches, we can safely explore the type of treatment that’s right for you.
Offering A Blend Of Evidence-Based And Holistic Therapy
Because no one person is the same, I provide individuals and couples with a variety of therapeutic interventions that will best suit their needs. While my counseling style is primarily brief solution-focused therapy, I also take a holistic approach that may incorporate mindfulness and Reiki healing in sessions if desired. I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help with an array of challenges as well as utilize principles from the Gottman Method when working with couples.
Having an open mind to different options allows you to follow what feels like a good fit. Whether you would like to change the dynamics of your relationship, reduce stress or anxiety, or work on balancing your career and personal life, I am here to help you define your values and guide you toward a more rewarding, satisfying life.
